There are two ways to access the apartment, depending on the object: keys in the mini-safe or an electronic combination lock.
Late check-in must be paid separately:
From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM — RUB 250.00.
After 12:00 AM — RUB 500.00.
The price includes: bed linen and towels, toiletries for the first time, high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi.
A refundable security deposit is charged to ensure the safety of the property. The deposit is returned on the day of check-out, after cleaning the apartment, by transfer through the Fast Payment System until 06:00 PM.
To identify your identity, you must have your passport with you when checking in.
Smoking of cigarettes and hookah is strictly prohibited, including on the balcony. A fine of RUB 5000.00 is charged for violating this rule.
The apartments are not rented out for entertainment events, including birthdays.
It is forbidden to disturb the peace of residents of neighboring apartments, it is necessary to observe silence from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM.
Third-party accommodation exceeding the number of guests specified in the booking is not allowed, unless this has been agreed in advance.
Small pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. The cost is discussed individually. The refundable security deposit will be increased.
Reporting documents are available for an additional fee upon prior agreement. The commission amount will be included in the electronic receipt, which will allow the accounting department to compensate for this surcharge.
