Everything was perfect—nothing else to say.

A small cozy and intimate hotel in the centre of Constanta. The room was welcoming, the staff really friendly and such a cool ideea to eat on the roof. Great view of the city. The food is good. The hotel is close to the old city center and port and you can easily go to Mamaia from here. Definetly a thumbs up!!

A little surprise

We have been here before and here we are, at our third stay at the Guci Hotel already. This time, with our newborn baby.
We had booked some other more modern hotel, which was closer to the beach, but eventually, we changed our mind and ended up here.
We had booked a double room, but they were kind enough to provide us with an apartment. We asked for a baby bed and received it. I have the utmost respect for this kind of generosity and will to do anything to please the guests. 
What we like most about the hotel is the breakfast area with the terrace from where you can see the sea. Pay attention to seagulls though. They are fun to watch, but they always hungry and never shy to steal the food from your plate. 
Our baby was the center of attention everywhere around the hotel. The ladies working there made her smile every time. 
So thank-you, Guci Hotel, for the kindness. We will always return there, even though it may not be the most modern hotel in Constanta.

The people are really nice.  The rooms are not that great.  It is functional. Water for the shower is warm at best.  The breakfast needs a serious make over.  In the off season don't expect what is listed at the bar.  Not even coffee or espresso as advertised.  It is however close to the Irish pub which is very nice.  Great food and service.  Don't go to Marco Polo which is close unless you want to wait 55 min for your food to arrive. The hotel is close to some restaurants, some shopping, money exchange and McDonald's
