We have stayed here many times and always hope to return. Beautiful courtyard, lovely people, comfortable rooms (though small; this is a historical house, after all!), full kitchen at your disposal, right in the middle of the citadel and all the gorgeous old buildings. 

Highly recommended. Very safe and welcoming.

Favorite Spot

This small pension only there is dormitory it’s situated in the old town. It has other options of accommodation. The owner Cristina is a friendly woman that helps you. The pension is clean and has a nice terrace to stay during summertime. It’s situated 15’ walking from the train station. Good option to stay in Sighişoara. 

Good option to stay in Sighişoara. 

I was in a very precarious situation when I arrived at this pension. Two days ago, I was robbed and lost money and credit card. Cristina was so nice and agreed to pay the amount of the rent later when my problems are solved. She also provided me with delicious food during the duration of my stay. But beside this, the pension is wonderful. Nice, clean rooms and a beautiful garden. I felt really comfortable and just can highly recommend this proberty.

Fantastic

This was the one of the best hostels I've stayed in.  

Cristina was very welcoming and very helpful with any questions I had.  The rooms are small, but comfortable, including the beds.  There is a kitchen area for meal prep and eating, but there is also a gorgeous little outdoor area and picnic table to eat and socialize with others amongst the picturesque flowers and lawn decor in the yard.  A person could easily sit out there all day!  

The location of the hostel is also amazing, and if you're driving a car, be forewarned!  The hostel is up at the top of Sighisoara, in the citadel area, so the drive took me under a medieval city gate and up steep, cobblestone roads that are easy to navigate, so long as you know which direction to go and not to go.  My gps led me the wrong direction (on a one-way street!) when I left, but thankfully Cristina saw this and came running out and redirected me, since these roads are wide enough for two directions, I think.  

The town is small, so the location of the hostel is great if you just want to walk out the front door and stroll down through the medieval streets to the bottom of the town, get food or shop, or wander up ancient stairs to an old  Transylvanian church and its sprawling cemetery.  

I felt like a kid, here, in Sighisoara.  Swept away by the experience.  And the hostel was in a good place to make it all convenient and enjoyable.

Cozy hostel, superbly situated in citadel

Very pleased. Really friendly and helping owners, they welcomed us with cake, provided us with a map and even gave us little gifts on our last day. Extremely good location, very close to the tourist attractions. Our room was really nice and clean, has a TV, free wi-fi, free toiletries, hair dryer, towels. You can also access a shared kitchen and a lovely garden. 
Had a really good time and I highly recommend this place! Amazing quality for a good price!
