The furniture, the bath and doors, windows are old,  but matresses, towels and pillows are new, ewerything was very clean, walls fresh painted, bathroom desinfected.
Staff was very friendly, the hotel is close to the sea, the wiew is great, because there is no other building in front of it. The beach is 1 min away, huge and clean.
I don't recomand the restaurant, the breakfast was OK, but the atmosphere is really unfriendly.  
Is little far from the central area, but the walk on the beach is great.

Expect 2* conditions, hotel from the comunist times, not modernized, but clean

Never eve again. Staff are rude and unfriendly. Especially the lady who s the front office manager - perhaps and the receptionist Valentina. The rooms and the general state of the hotel are deplorable, that s not what u expect out of 2** hotel. Dirt and bugs and spiders everywhere, no cleaning during your entire stay, only taking the rubbish in the morning. Housekeeping slamming doors in the morning as they were doing something, God knows what, definitely not cleaning. The mini fridge was having bits of hair inside it and it was very old. 
New matresses indeed just on the day of our arrival:)). Overall never returning as I hope they shut this joke down.  The appliances in the bathroom were falling off, not only in my room but in our family and friends room too. Damp and old smell in the cupboard. These people are not dusting!! Dust everywhere in the bathroom, on the table, on the bedside tables, on the headboard! Unfortunatelly it was prepaid...
