A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that during July and August there is a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out on Saturdays. Please note that the reservation will only be considered valid after the required prepayment is made via bank transfer. For stays of 1 week, the accommodation offers a change of bed linen and towels mid-stay, as well as a cleaning service. For stays longer than 1 week, towels are changed midweek and a change of bed linen and towels is provided every 7 nights as well as a cleaning service.
