Before meeting friends in Lisbon we decided to spend a couple of nights in Nazere ........It was not easy to find our accomodation ....our paperwork  stated Hotel ....Your Dream is your passion...so was looking forward to a nice time....it took a while too find it..but eventually we discovered it.......it gave the impression that it was a hotel but in actual fact it was one of three rooms in a house in a residential area.......very disappointing
.....towels were provided ...but that was all....and a note stating that anything taken from the room we would be charged for it......the toiletries they said were provided were a small bar of soap from the Mercure hotel 2016...and a very small slither of soap left over i expect from a previous occupant....no radio to listen to and tv had been removed from the wall..only the brackets were left....two plastic chairs on a balcony but no table ! The room was clean....and breakfast could be arranged for 15 euros for 2 people.......the kitchen door was locked on the first night.....so unable to use the fridge ...we found a local supermarket and bought some essentials to eat....a kettle would  have been useful  as i would have loved a cup of tea and would have been very helpful if there had been a note telling us where and how to get to places...beach is not just a short walk away and was not aware of any local transport....disappointed that there was no hairdrier..............Nazere is a lovely place .......
