I attended the wedding  in 2017. There were few concerns, why I would never recommend this place. Let's start from the beginning. When we arrived appetizers and side dishes were already on the tables, but no plates for them to eat. This food stay on the tables whole night long. We finally got plates to use after soup, first course and desert. This is absolutely wrong order and food was getting worse with each coming course. Water on the tables was not refilled in timely fashion However all those it was nothing compare to what happened in the morning. One of the wedding  guest staying in hotel by accident changed code to safe in the room and locked it. As a result he could not open it. Woman at from desk asked about master code or key to open the safe replayed that master key was stolen from them and never replaced and she is not aware about master code. Her answer makes safety and security of the place questionable. She was trying to be helpful and contacted managers of the place without any solid solution. Finally after research, code 000000# was used to open the safe. It worked. This code is universal and works for  almost all hotels safes, which are not refigured and accessible to everybody, but leaves security questionable. This information is readily available on internet. So to everybody, before you lock you staff in any hotel safe, check if universal code works, if does it is not safe. Hopefully this incident will motivate management of Restauracja and Hotel Traktat update their safes. Also, who designed their showers? Water is spilling all over the whole bathroom during showers as there is no slope. Last thing, front desk night manager is not friendly and grumpy. it is not a way to interact with wedding guests.. Hopefully new couple will remember only good and happy moment from their wedding day and mentioned issues will be solved for others to experience.

Wedding event.

We visited here on a cold Monday lunchtime. It's obvious that this is popular with locals so that should be a recommendation enough. The food and drinks are good, certainly nothing to complain about at all and cheap - unlike the surrounding "big" chain coffee shops. The place is small, warm and cosy. Staff a little subdued but friendly all the same. Try the crepes they are good!!
