Iyt is just a home away from home. It is located in previous villa of the owner of glass factory and was very carefully adopted to boutique hotel needs. It is located  in the centre of city, but hidden by green trees wall from the by passing road. Cleanliness i spottless. Breakfast very tasty and fresh, good coffee, mineral water, free using of plates and cutlery, tee/coffee facilities in the room. Every detail was well considered during design arrangement and we could not find anything to blame. Very well preserved green area with chairs, sitting swing, BBQ facilities. We did not use sauna, but it looked nice. It is a great option for a few days stay during expolring the Klodzko valley area. Also perfect holiday spot for a week stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the small maltanese was our favourite pet.

We stayed for a long weekend in this delightful three storey villa guest house in the centre of Polanica Zdroj, 3 to 5 minutes walk from most of the restaurants, coffee shops and the spa park. Located in a quiet area, this character house is beautifully and comfortably furnished with period style bedrooms of various sizes on three floors. Nothing was too much trouble for the very attentive and helpful staff, headed by the dedicated owner, Eugenia.
Of greatest noteworthiness was the wonderful buffet breakfast.
Private parking is available and included.
We will have no hesitation to return there and enjoy the delights of the region.
