It is nice hotel with helpfull staff. Big, free parking place. Clean room. Nice indoor pool with salty water. Breakfast was good with good choice of dishes and decent coffee. WiFi often lost connection. Hotel has one big problem in cold days, they turn off heater in empty rooms and the room was cold on arrival.

Not in winter

Have stayed in a good number of hotels in Poland over the last 10 years, and our general expectation from England is far superior to many of the European hotels, so to be fair I have based on this experience in Poland.

The hotel rooms are very basic, but clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The nicest part of the hote is the friendliness and willingness of the staff to make you feel comfortable but also to keep you company. Not over the top, but generally nice people.

Went to the swimming pool tonight and had a nice swim, went to the sauna but it wasn’t turned on which was disappointing, but expect that as it’s out of season now I should give them a heads up - there’s clearly not loads of guest right now so to run the sauna full time might cost more than they make!

The rooms are low priced, so I would always ask for one of their better rooms that would still only cost you 50 quid a night, the cheap ones suffice but wouldn’t ever do again, in fact only had to have it on last minute late notice in busy season. I would check and ask irrespective for the price difference

Nice people, basic accommodatikn

The motel has standard rooms that have everything you need except maybe lightproof curtains. So if you are the kind of person that wakes up due to a change in brightness, this might be a problem.

WiFi password available on request, connection in our room on the slower side. Plus sides are the free parking, the free to use swimming pool and the restaurant that has tasty food. Breakfast ok, reception service professional.

Good for a night's rest

My friend who lives in Koszalin recommended me this hotel. It is just outside of the city (but the city is not that big). The room is pretty standard - clean and spacious. The breakfast was also pretty standard - nothing special - eggs, sausage, some salad. If you have to be there for business trip - you should be satisfied.

Good for short business trip

Stayed at Trawa hotel while visiting Poland's seaside. The place was spotlessly clean and well staffed. 

The rooms are basic with cheapie decor but all downstairs is nice and modern.

There is ample parking space and free Internet access for all guests.

I especially liked reception staff who always walked extra mile to help me find myself around.
