Hotel from the 90s, it's glory years are long behind it.  The front desk staff atitude disgusting, not friendly at all, same as  Mr. Krzysztof  hotel manager, he is unable to make an independent decision.  At the time of booking, I indicated that I was booking a room for 2 people for 5 days, but it is possible that one person will be forced to return earlier.  I heard it won't be a problem.  I heard the same upon check-in.  However, when my husband shortened the trip on the 3rd day of his stay from 5 days, not charging for unused meals turned out to be a problem.  In the restaurant I was counted as 2 people even though I was coming alone.  I reported it to the receptionist and the hotel manager and they were not interested, they continued to extort money!  I will add that there is no information that the fee will not be reduced in the event of shortening the stay either on their website or in the 2 confirmation emails we received from them.  We booked a room with a double bed, in the room we found 2 single beds.  The overlay was supposed to be delivr to our room but when I was leaving on the 5th day of my stay, the overlay still has not been there. No lifeguard supervision in the swimming pool hall, If  is present he is sitting in a closed room and does not care about the safety of people using the pool. It's best to bring your own toilet paper, couse is limited one roll per day 🫣 Coffee is not served in the restaurant at dinner time.  The bar is closed at all.  The tourist tax is collected by the reception in the amount of PLN 5.40 per person per day, on the website it is PLN 4.40.  Not a big difference, but again price discrepancy, coincidence?

No welcome atmosfere

Last year my Polish girlfriend was here, she recommended this hotel to me. I came to the massage, the massage was terrible, the masseur didn't just understand German or at least English. She's still not a professional in her field, she did the massage arbitrarily and very quickly, then my friend told me that it was necessary to pay money not at the checkout (main reception) but on her hand, then the masseur will do everything clearly and as it should, but I'll get it out later.) But the hotel in general is not bad)) near the sea, I think there was another downside that almost none of the staff of this hotel spoke English or at least German.

I've been to this hotel many times, and for his age, it's still great, and the bathroom is very large, and unfortunately, the time for dinner has changed.

Yesterday, on October 26, 2019, it was time. At 8:00 a.m. we started to start at Kolberg, 500 km away, to Poland. The journey was very relaxing despite the construction site on the A24. Beyond the border, it was even better. The newly built S6 made a good mood at 130 km/h. Everyone kept it up. When we arrived here, we were waiting for a hotel that is not entirely new but still makes a good impression. The rooms are very spacious and attractive. There is a very beautiful swimming pool with a 25 m pool and a whirlpool. More we can not judge.

Short holiday in Kolberg

Nice staff, speak German and English, rooms clean, mattresses a little soft, food perfectly fine, great swimming pool... there was nothing to eat, nice close to the beach and for the price great

Short trip

Positive side of the hotel: swimming pool, massages at SPA, saunas, excellent room with beds, billard, cafe, near to beach 
Negative: FOOD- many old or poorly made food cleaning service! Awful coffee, breaking constantly coffee machine! With all respect to others- but why Russian colleagues working in Poland don’t adjust to Polish standards and use too often Russian language against Polish or English?

Average hotel

The staff is friendly and always helpful. The hotel is clean and about 800 meters from the beach. Room service is early in the room and there is no complaint about cleaning. The breakfast buffet and the buffet in the evening is very rich and good. Parking is available in the yard at pleasant prices.

Origin in Kolberg

Big disappointment when we arrived, hotel un-air conditioned, unpleasant smell in the water room [urine] no phone to reach the reception. When at dinner, snack plate on unrefrigerated plates, 6:15pm mary bath without food, water drink, fruit soda behind a glass bay with the sun (heat) Table with a simple napkin and dirty nothing to do with the presentation photo. The mattress is hyper soft. Hotel absolutely to avoid. For a 4 star price it's only worth 2 stars and more.

A deplorable hotel.

We spent a long weekend from Thursday to Sunday . First of all I have to say the bedroom was wonderful , very big , wide, a lot of place to keep our things : wardrobes and drawers. Good decoration and very comfortable . The same as for the bathroom : wide, clean and beautiful. With all that, a big balcony . 
Well located. The amazing Baltic see just across the street: 2 minutes on foot. The buffet was allright with variety but no fresh fruit at all, that we missed. Another but is that on Sat and Sun due to the bigger amount of customers , there were some deficiency: at some moment no milk, glasses or coffee, what makes you wait for a while . The waiters were working hard but I guess the manager in charge of the buffet was not at his best. And the biggest BUT for me was the unfriendly and unkind staff . All of them except a young man who was really polite and nice . But as for the reception desk personal and the spa people: very rude , specially the girls at the reception . I repeat except the young man who was at all moment helpful and very polite, the rest a big 0! Maybe a small course to the staff how to treat with tourists / customers and how easy it is to be polite and show some smile  from
Time to time could be a good idea . The manager of the hotel should think of it.
