I guess I was given one of the older rooms, which was small, with paint peeling off from the walls, smelled musty like it needed a day's worth of cleaning, and bed sheets that definitely needed a complete washdown. Oh, and did I mention the roaches?

Cheap as it gets

Very good hotel. Well organize facilities. Swimming pool and rooms i liked the most. Buffet breakfast, free wifi and service vehicle. ☺ There is also free use of internet via computer. Nice! Great value at price.

Company Incentive Target

My parents had booked this hotel for the 3 of us for a total of 6 nights. We stayed here for only 1 night even though we couldn't refund our payment for the 5 other nights. The room is small and cramped with not much room to put luggage. The bathroom was extremely small and strange. The sink was in the shower and there was no shower curtain. The taps to use the shower were confusing so none of us showered as we could not be bothered getting water all over the floor and having such a small place to wash. The sink only has cold water. 
There is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The air conditioner was noisy inadequate and we were sweating all night even on full blast. 
As for the cleanliness... I don't think the floor was properly swept as there were little grains on my feet. The small wooden bench next to the bottom bunk was covered in black dust. While I was reading in bed, I was continuously killing ants that were crawling in my bed. The small refrigerator smelt really bad. 
All this aside, the staff were very helpful and friendly, offering to buy us food and offering to carry our bags up the stairs, ect. However, there are many other hotels in a similar price range and in a better area with much better facilities. 

Not the cleanest...

Room was not as advertised. Pool was the size of a hot tub and was very dirty.  Had to ask them to clean it several times. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Bed mattress was memory foam only. They gave you slippers to wear but hey we're old and dirty and two different sizes. Staff was good but they can only do so much. Very run down. If you have a disability do not stay. No elevators. Their restaurant outside libis is the picture posted.  

Worst stay

On Inasal d'libis, Filipino Food, we eated pork liempo & chicken inasal for 225 pesos with unlimited rice plus unlimited ice tea ...average for rate ...affordable if you don't have time to find another food on the city in puerto princessa in Palawan island ...for same price you can find better...
