Perfect gem in residential area. Has everything you need for a stay at Davao. Have used this place multiple times already - with, or without family. 

Nice venue for example business occasions , weddings, old school class get togethers, or just a party with friends.

Gem at Davao Recidential area 

Quiet area secured parking . Ideal for overnight stay in Davao City.

Nice stay. Clean, spacious room and friendly staffs. Cable signal is good but very small tv screen. AC is not working well., you will be awaken many times during night time by the  warm environment and from the irritating sound coming from the window AC.  Must be replace with split AC's. I thought  the breakfast that  I requested to be included during the booking is good but it's disappointing.

Great experience

Limited bedding only a thin sheet for a blanket. Too many flight of stairs going to the third floor maybe an elevator? Free breakfast ? Very little potion and if you add meat very little for too high a price!

Just okey but not great.

Good points:
+ friendly and accommodating staff
+ good location: tucked away in a quiet subdivision
+ spacious room

Bad points:
- irritatingly noisy A/C inside the room
- non sound proof hallways; you would even footsteps outside the room
- tiny bathroom, low water pressure
- tiny tv (more like an office computer screen)
- flimsy bath towels
- misleading "free breakfast" options: egg and rice or bread only

Not recommended. I can let the tiny bathroom and breakfast pass but I won't ever forget the terribly noisy aircon inside my room. It's like a roaring airplane engine. When I requested to transfer to a possibly quieter room, staff said all rooms are all like that. 

Maybe the owners can convert it to a dormitory instead. 

Poor facilities and maintenance

I'm very happy to write about this hotel as it was a change in atmosphere for me. I have been traveling around Mindanao and have stayed in many hotels here already but I was very surprised with this one as it was different. It had a very accommodating staff, from the security guard to the front desk people to the roomboys. Everyone was nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. Wifi is available in every room which makes it even more appealing to me as I need wifi because of my work. 

Its located in the middle of a subdivision which is ideal since there wont be any noise coming from the major highway such as blaring horns or motorcycle with load pipes.

Over all, I give them an A. Would definitely stay here again.

Satisfied Traveller

Stayed here for 'free' at a 2-bedroom suite for a business trip as part of our event sponsorship package. The room was fairly nice, had a sala set, study table and a drawer. The room takes a long time to cool in the morning since it's a bit spacious and the fact that we're beside a window facing the east. Too bad the bed sheet was too thin when the air-con gets a bit cold during the night, so you might need to lower the thermostat before you doze off. There's an ample parking space beside the hotel and drop-off area in front. Also, there's a small reception in front for waiting guests.

Location-wise, cab drivers, most of the time, get a hard time finding this hotel and it's also kinda hard to find transportation on your own since we're in the middle of a subdivision so we always have to ask for a cab from the receptionist. If you're looking for a church, there's one nearby on the block with just a walking distance behind them. If you want to eat out or buy something, SM Davao (Ecoland) or Matina Town Square is just about 2-3 mins. away. Also, if you're familiar with the Ampatuans, they have a huge (and I mean huge!) house and lot nearby within the village. 

The only problem we encountered here was that the food takes a long time to serve other than breakfast. It seems that the food was cooked from somewhere other than the hotel's premises. Also, there aren't any room boys at night and I pity that the receptionist had to leave the receiving area just to bring us some water that we ordered (luckily we're on the 2nd flr. only).
