The hotel is centrally located along Rizal Street (the main thoroughfare of jeepneys) and is near Bicol University (that's why you can easily locate the hotel, just tell the drivers to drop you off at BU). Beside the 1st Colonial Grill restaurant (most famous for their Sili Ice Cream), you will see a doorway leading to the hotel. The reception is at the 2nd floor. Take note, it does not have an elevator and the room assigned to us was at the 4th floor! The room and bathroom are spacious. We have a table and two chairs. Also, you can order food from the Colonial Grill restaurant and have it delivered to your room with no extra charge. That's what we did for our dinner after a tiring day doing ATV at Mt. Mayon. In general, it is a good place if you will just stay at Legazpi for a few days (1-2 nights) and it fits our budget ;)
