111 reviewsWe are sad to leave this lovely rustic place built into nature and away from the bustle of the town. Each room has a fireplace or wood burning stove. Nancy and Edna were so helpful and welcoming. The food is outstanding. Mostly vegetarian but also vegan, very healthy with much of the produce and herbs from their own organic garden. I discovered the yoga studio today nestled in the woods with the sound of the river behind it. Amazing. There is a library and many peaceful sitting areas. My kids loved it!! Getting here is not easy I would recommend a taxi or even better, arranging for the wonderful driver Wilbur to pick you up (he got us from Cusco airport). Wilbur also took us on a full day tour to Pisac ruins and market, Moray ruins and the salt mines of Salinas. Consider doing this it was well worth it especially if you are short on time to take public transport. We hope to return one day.
