Safe secure hotel with a privet parking garage. Clean and nice rooms even hot water!
You might be able to find a nice place but for 150 soles it’s a great value for big room with 2 beds. The door man even was up to let us in after 2am! I love Piura and every time I’m here this is where I stay😎🤙🏽🇵🇪

Great stop while traveling thru Peru

Visiting my daughter in Piura and we stayed in the hotel that she normally goes to - Costabella. Economical, with hard beds (but very clean), nice bathroom wit hot water, cable tv and clean towels. In a nice location near plaza de armas. Safe location ...one can walk around. Ear plugs are a must. Great rooftop deck. Overall, a very nice value. Taxis and mototaxis are everywhere and it's east to get around.

Nice hotel in a great location

We stayed here for a night and it was okay. It is not your five star hotel but the service was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful in carrying our bags to our rooms. We were able to get a room for 155 soles (57 dollars) with two beds without the A/c. We only had a fan and it was fine because I didn't think it was that hot. The room was very clean with clean white sheets but only one pillow per bed. The beds are somewhat comfortable. They were somewhat hard but they provide good back support. I was able to get a good night sleep. The bathroom was nice and spacious. There was a walk in shower with glass doors. The sink doesn't have counter space...it's just a sink...and there isn't an outlet for a hairdryer which by the way isn't provided by the hotel. There is a computer available for use in the hallway, but the sound is omitted and it can't be changed. It is set that way. Wifi worked very good for me. I didn't have a problem with it. We also did not have trouble with noise from other guests, although there was a half naked man with his door wide open and also was walking around the hallway with his towel barely covering him. We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast because we wererunning late but it is included and definitely a plus. Overall we were happy with our stay. We were able to relax which is what matter most for our short stay. 

Affordable and clean hotel

i recently moved to piura, for work reasons, and i have stayed here few times.  it is in the center of the city close to good restaurants and some night life (both, within walking distance and a taxi ride away). very safe area.  clean and comfortable rooms. sometimes hot water and nice but quite people at reception. wifi works sometimes in the room, but most of the time over the common areas in each floor. they have increased the price but still ok.  the only bad thing is that sometimes you can hear loud people/couples  from other rooms/floors or the cleaning lady. to avoid this you can just have a room with an a/c unit.  very recommended!

clean, comfortable, in the <3 of the city

This place is really great, comfy, clean and friendly. I would stay there again. The bedroom is spacious as is the bathroom. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always worried about your safety. You find a library with mainly English books on the 4th floor as the Peace Corps stay there as well. a/c and TV in the room. highly recommended.
