5 reviewsI gave 5 stars based on the price of the hotel. I stayed 2 nights and each night was under $20 dollars. I booked through booking.com and the final price was a few dollars higher because I paid with VISA. It is a common practice in Peru to charge a few soles more for using credit card to cover the fees that the credit card companies charge. Pay cash if you don’t want to pay extra. Staff did not speak English, yet everyone was so friendly. The accommodation was great. The hotel is located in a safe and very busy area. Overall, excellent deal for the price. Pro It is next to Marcado Modelo and very close to the famous central market. Easy walk to Plaza de Armas and the other central touristic areas. Only 4 Soles from the bus stations to hotel if you do not want to walk. Excellent Wi-Fi and shower was good. Con Because it is next to the market, hotel is not quiet. Also, sound proofing is not the best. However, most of budget hotels near the central location in Peru are not quiet. Higher floor might be better. I stayed in the second floor.
