Alnoor Luxury Hotel Apartments

Lahore was the last stop of our 2 week journey in Pakistan. So by the time we reached AlNoor we had seen almost all kinds of hotels & houses Pakistan has to offer. But the second we stepped into AlNoor we felt at home. The cleanliness, the staff & overall just the comfort was amazing. We were a group of 4 & took the 2 bedroom apartment. I'll breakdown my review just because how amazing this place was. The Apartment CLEAN! Like awesomely EU standard clean. There wasn't a spec of dust on the furniture. If you've been to Pakistan or Lahore you would understand how dusty it can get but the rooms were clean. Even the floor was clean - you could walk around without shoes & still have clean feet. Both the bedrooms were of decent size, had good beds & pillows. Bathrooms were clean & had warm water. The tv room was seperated by a door which is great, you can watch tv while everyone sleeps. There was a 4 seater dining table in the TV room as well. Amenities Bedsheet, pillows & towels were white (not tinted yellow) & off good quality. This was the first place that we used the towels provided. They also stocked the bathroom with some shampoo, colgate, a bar soap & even a bathing puff. The kitchen was full equipped with cutlery, microwave, toaster & pots. We were able to make our own breakfast & evening tea. Abdullah was kind enough to provide some tea, bread, jam & cadbury chocolate in the fridge on our arrival. If you need anything just inform the staff or Abdullah it will be arranged. There was an iron & ironing board provided in the wardrobe. Load shedding was not an issue as there was a backup generator. Wifi was strong & TV had multiple channels. Location Alnoor is conveniently located at Lawrence Road. Opposite the road is Jinnah Park & shopping areas like Auriga, Liberty, Anarkali are hardly 10-15mins away. Malls like Emporium & Packages are about 20-25mins away with traffic. There are multiple food shops like 5mins away. Many restaurants deliver to the apartment so it isn't an issue. We infact ordered food every night from different restaurants. I'd recommend Bundu Khan & Salt and Pepper. The apartment itself is in a housing area that has barrier & guard outside. So it is safe to walk around. We went out & came back as last as 11pm at night without any problem. *Quick Tip: You can take a Careem to Liberty & it will hardly cost you Rs120. Service I dealt with Abdullah through Watsapp before our arrival & he was of great help. As i was travelling with my mum & aunt we didn't want an apartment on the higher floors as they would have problems getting up & down. He was kind enough to give us the apartment on the first floor. Every question or request I had, Abdullah gave a prompt answer. Even while we were there every request for food, courier quotations & printing of tickets was easily managed. He was just a call away. We even did laundry while we were there & the rates were reasonable. The 2 staff taking care of the place were also gem of people. They were polite & didn't demand any tips or anything like that. Infact they were always smiling & helpful. The night guard was kind enough to help us carry our shopping up every evening. The driver that dropped us at the airport refused the tips we were giving. Overall just very nice & genuine people. If anyone needs a clean & good place in Lahore I would definitely recommend Alnoor. I have decided never to stay anywhere else in Lahore & i hope they will maintain their standard in the future as well.
