Two Tree Lodge is an amazing little boutique motel, walking distance to town, location is perfect. The room is beautiful and so clean, and the hosts are lovely people. Could not recommend this place enough!

Perfect

A really outstanding motel . We stayed in Unit 5 , a studio unit at the back of the section which was very private and quiet. So unusual not to have to worry about other guests passing the unit and able to see in. There are sliding doors on the back of the unit which lead into a private courtyard with good out door furniture ...sofa ,chairs and a table ..we would love to come back in better weather to make more use of it .  The bed was comfortable , the unit was well equipped and I loved that there were ice cubes ready in the little freezer and that guests are trusted with good ordinary coat hangers  ( not the  awkward sort you have to fit together !).   The owner was welcoming and helpful ...so what more could one want ....we will be back .

Outstanding !

We booked this last minute for us and another couple and found it perfect for our needs. The outdoor area is private and nicely landscaped for a small space. The washer and dryer even came in handy. Clean and nicely decorated.

Great setup in the 3-bedroom apartment

We stayed for two nights, having picked up a rental car in Picton - it’s only 30 minutes drive to Two Tree Lodge and it’s then a short distance to walk into town or around the local pork. Our room was very modern and stocked with everything we might need, and more. We have stayed in several hotels/motels around NZ in the last few weeks and this was the best so far - we felt very comfortable and loved using the outdoor terrace for a glass of wine in the evening. Blenheim itself seems to be suffering from staff shortages, with many places closing early or not opening at all. However, we found a couple of good places to eat/drink and also had the facilities in the fully equipped kitchenette in our room.

Fantastic accommodation and great value

A hidden gem! Lovely little boutique-style motel tucked away in Blenheim. Beautifully decorated and serviced, friendly and approachable hosts, comfortable and impeccably clean. Close to everything and a short drive to Picton for the ferry. Very well priced for how it’s presented. Worth considering if you’re looking at staying in Blenheim.

Hidden gem in Blenheim

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this property while touring the wine region around Blenheim. The furnishings were perfect and a great value. I happened to mention we were visiting NZ to celebrate an anniversary and the hosts went out of their way to purchase us a gift! I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Splendid stay with very thoughtful hosts

Very welcoming on a cold wet evening after a ferry crossing. Very nicely decorated , very clean and a lovely bath !! We can highly recommend a stay ,close to centre and supermarkets. Nice host .Would be handy if you were going to an event at their wonderful new theatre .Not far from the cafe on the river bank we can highly recommend for breakfast Raupo. Nice building and take note of the doors .

Excellent

Two Tree Lodge offers a touch of class to spoil yourself on a road trip after a short 25 minute drive from Picton or returning to the ferry to Wellington. The room presentation is fresh and clean. The bed linen, fluffy towels, plates and cutlery are a quality choice. The facilities are excellent. Pleasant, private outdoor area is a comfortable place to relax for a chat.  We confidently recommend Two Tree Lodge and always return when visiting the South Island.

A touch of class

This is one great little motel. Close to everything. Very clean with great in room amenities. Our room had a private enclosed secure patio area (rm5) which enable us to leave our eBikes & rack off the car.
First day discovered a maintenance fault with the shower which was all very quickly fixed with new fitting. Fresh milk provided daily, along with room serviced (tidied & cleaned).
The owners were very pleasant and amenable to all requests.

Ab Fab

We have been away over the Christmas/New Year period and I have to say this was by far the best place we stayed. It was super clean, great kitchenette facilities and a welcoming host. We would highly recommend staying here.
