A lovely, calm place to stay just outside the city centre, but still within walking distance. It has beautiful, spacious rooms, tastefully decorated, with a well-kept garden in which to relax. The fantastic, friendly hosts serve a delicious breakfast and could not be more helpful.

Beautiful place to stay for a short break

What a beautiful place , lovely garden and amazing breakfast , we just loved it.  We had the loft room , it was huge with a super bathroom in the room.

We had an amazing stay here for the André concert, so so friendly , so clean.  location is also goon , a little walk into town , we took taxi to train station from here cost €16 but hard walk with a suitcase so worth it.

Still my favourite place to eat. Love the decor. Always clean.  Friendly and knowledgeable waitress. Coconut shrimp is excellent!!!!
Awkward parking if it is busy. Snow not cleared properly and I found it slippery.

We stayed at Annelies Place in October 2016 during our tour of the war sites in Europe. We had just come from Lens (France) and Vimy Ridge. When we got to Annelies Place there was a young lady there to welcome us because Annelies had to drive her daughter all the way to Amsterdam , but would be home that evening. The young lady made us tea and coffee as well as served us some apple pie. What a wonderful welcome.She then showed us to our room which was really quite large and well furnished. It was a bit chilly in there so she phoned Annelies , who was by now driving back from Amsterdam , and Annelies turned on the heat from her smartphone , then sent us an email to say it was done.
Breakfast in the morning was a real treat with dutch cheese , meat toast butter and sweet cakes too along with tea and coffee.It was just great to start our day this way.
Then we drove to Maastricht and what a lovely city this is on the river Maas . We took a short boat tour and say the square where Andre' Reiu plays and enjoyed Lunch and dinner on the square. The weather was a bit cool , but what do you expect in October.
In conclusion we have to say that if you stay at Annelies Place you will most certainly not be disappointed . We were not and we thoroughly recommend it to everyone.

Great B&B with friendly host and service

Warm welcome with tea, coffee and grandma's cake. Excellent breakfast, hot and cold. Location within easy walking distance of city center. Free and fast wifi throughout the premises. Free parking. Great value for the money. We would surely use again.

Only a few cons: Cash only payment. Bath towels on the smallish side, would be nice to have at least one big towel per person.

Our Home in Maastricht

This B @ B was very clean with a lovely breakfast of home made products while overlooking a beautiful garden.
The bed was comfortable but the bath towels were very small
If you have lots of luggage we suggest that you ask for a 1st floor room as the second floor has over 30 narrow winding steps leading up to it.
The hosts were very friendly and informative
We would definitely stay here again but on the lower floor
