🙏🏼 greeeeeat people working here, had very nice conversations. The house itself is very beautiful and it’s also clean, and just amazing atmosphere! Really cheap if you compare with other hostels in essaouira. Very chill and beautiful. I would recommend 100%.

GREAT hostel

Haha, Need to be adopted for a while ?, . Come to " White and blue," .  Already a family like affair of friends  . mostly born in Essaouira,,. lived there all their lives, . Staff will feel like brothers and sisters in no time . , . very lively, and kind and attentive to all your needs while leaving you all the space you need .   . Spontaneous Tagine  invitations almost every night, . Feel like learning how,? . "Said" will take you to buy the best at the best spots and show you exactly what to do . Delicious !
   Apart from that , the place is super clean, . thanks to an angel called Cabira,  The beds very, very comfortable, . the roof top full of warm almost magical atmosphere , with sound of the waves and sea gulls to top up the dreamy moods .  . 
  All this at most reasonable rate !

Home away from home. . .

Very nice hostel and comparing to others is cheaper and more comfy for me I felt like I’m at home and they always ask you to eat with them like you re one of familly also I thank Said was very helpful even out of hostel and do all best to make you happy and comfy  Room is clean and covers has very nice smell with comfy bed the location is perfect everything is close  I really loved it here I’ll be sure to come back again

Exceptional

The hostel was really nice! Very clean with different options of rooms (also private rooms). There is also a nice terrace where to chill. The host is extremely friendly and creates a family atmosphere. We extended our stay there and were really sad that couldn't stay even more.

Great place and people!

It was really a great experience, my first time on a hostel like this surround by people from all nationalities, rich as experience and very good deal in price. And without forgotten the best place ever is the Rooftop

A great experience

I pitched up at 1 in the morning after an epic bus ride from Agadir. I was welcomed with open arms and lots of mint tea!

I ended up staying a whole week in Essouaira at the hostel. It is very cheap, but it does have everything that you might need. The whole place was cleaned from top to bottom everyday, the beds were comfortable and really big, the water in the bathrooms was hot.

The main action takes place on the Terrace. Endless mint tea and conversation and getting very chilled. Absolutely delightful. I learnt a lot about modern Morocco and met people from all over.

I was very sad to leave, as I felt like part of the family by the end of the week. Choukrane!

Soooo friendly

A friend and I ended up walking away from one hostel to the White and Blue hostel. Here we got a warm welcome, in the center of Essaouira! 
Besides the clean relaxing space -  they even helped me getting through a hospital emergency! Surprised me with blankets and communication with doctors.

The staff run the hostel with much love, when i’m back again, I sure Will stay at This hostel!

Perfect hostel

We stayed in a double bed room with own shower for one night. Room had a door and windows to the inner courtyard of the riad. On the rooftop is a nice terrace with kitchen. Only thing which was a bit weird that the main entrance door was not secured/locked open in the evening (nighttime?) And we just had to pull a cord. As Essaouira is not a big city you can reach all places in the Medina and supratours bus station easily in 10 minutes.

Basic hostel in Medina

I spent three weeks in Morocco and went from hostel to hostel, but this one was by far my favourite. 
Definitely not the bling bling touristy kind of hostel. Incredible value, to start with. Very cheap but the rooms are clean, comfortable, and you really feel at home. The bathrooms are also clean and modern. The terrace has a fantastic view. Its location inside the medina is great as you're close to everything, yet it is not on one of the main streets so very quiet. 
Saïd took great care of my friends and I and welcomed us as if we were the daughters of the hostel. He's friendly and wise and a pleasure to have around. He also makes incredible tea. I hope to see him again when I'm back in Essaouira!

Best hostel and staff in Morocco!

it's the easiest to locate. host was friendly and helpful. however, it was going through a major renovation that made the hostel messy and not clean to stay. this is a small coastal city with easy walk to visit all the attractions
