Now called Monte Perla Residence.
Booked Nov 2018 for a 3 night stay in July 2019. I had requested (in Nov) and was promised a top floor family apartment with spectacular view down onto Sveti Stefan island. I was celebrating a special birthday on this holiday (had told the hotel) and was very much looking forward to enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony with THAT amazing view. Arrived early evening after a long day driving to be shown a dark, small double room with no air con or natural light, adjoining a smaller twin room with inadequate air con and doors out onto the terrace where staff and other guests passed by. Words cannot express how disappointed we were. Gutted. Dijana initially tried to say she had not confirmed the top floor apartment booking, until I showed her our email and WhatsApp exchange that even included a photo of the top floor balcony view I was paying to receive. Apparently “our” apartment had been given to someone who was staying for a month and our small, dark apartment was all that was available. By now it was 7pm and we were tired so we had little choice but to stay the night. The chances of finding another room for 4 people in July in SS were slim. 
To be fair to Dijana, she was massively apologetic when she realised her mistake. She gave us a free drink, watermelon, and offered to help find somewhere else to stay. We had a dinner reservation elsewhere so went out to calm down and think. Dijana also offered a series of alternative accommodations, owned by various family members, all unseen of course, but sadly we were so gutted that we just didn’t want to stay there anymore. We cancelled our booking for the 2nd & 3rd nights and left Sveti Stefan behind. Doubly gutted when we walked down to the beautiful beach on the morning of our departure, to see where we could have enjoyed our 3 day stay.
Dijana was very fair and only charged us for one night and didn’t charge for any extras like tax, parking, drinks etc. We appreciated her apology and attempts to help us but we were still so sad not to have been given the room with a view that we very specifically booked :’(


Disappointed & left early

This hotel is now called Monte Perla Residence.  We stay on the first floor (number 1) with  balcony with minimum view of the sea and the island, I wish we could stay on the third floor with great view.  The bed was very comfortable and Dijana was friendly and welcoming. She told us the best trail along the ocean which was beautiful for view and  hiking. Next time we will stay longer. Free street  Parking was easy.  There are two very good restaurants close by, we had our dinner and breakfast in Caffe Cafre, the price and quality was super. Highly recommended.

Great place for one night stay

These rooms are now called Monteperla so were a bit difficult to find. Our room was very comfortable with a large balcony with unsurpassed views. It is quite a long walk down to the beach but there are excellent restaurants nearby. Parking was easy.

Fantastic views

This place is now called Monte Pearla Residence. 
We arrived to a great reception. The whole family are involved, even Barney the golden  retriever!! We opted for the family room for extra space but not sure we needed it having seen the other rooms. Our balcony opened straight onto main terrace where the views are outstanding. Lovely people who made our stay very pleasant. We will return without a doubt. 

Bravo Dijana 

I spent great night in this residence. The view from terrace was amazing and we enjoyed every second of our stay. The beach is in the vicinity only few minutes of walk away. The staff was nice. You can try local fresh fish in restaurants in the vicinity, it's great!

Perfect Romantic Night

This hotel is now called Monte Perla Residence. We had a choice of two rooms and opted for the smaller attic room (number 8) as it had a large balcony with an amazing view of the sea and the island. The bed was very comfortable and Dijana was friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy. 
There were a couple of problems initially with towels that had marks on them and no hairdryer in the room, however, the hosts were quick to resolve these problems. The pool is very small - something to bear in mind if you are hoping to swim at the property. It would be fine for kids to splash about in though and really not necessary when the beautiful Adriatic sea is so close.
This is a great value option for Sveti Stefan, which is a fairly small place.
