We (five pax) decided two stay at jungle riviera for two weeks because of its location in the middle of the forest. The stay truly met our expectations as it was in the middle of the forest and the host Alberto did everything to make our stay as perfect as possible. We rented two apartments at the second level and with the well equipped kitchen we could cook meals every night. The location (in the middle of nowhere) basically require a car to explore the hidden (or not) gems of Yucatan peninsula. However, the beach is easy accessible across the pedestrian bridge and you have a few restaurants in Chemuyil. The pizza restaurant served its purpose well during a rainy evening! All in all: +++ location/privacy ++ hospitality/service + nature/surroundings Only thing was the pool which was too cold to use due to having protection above to keep it clean. It meant that the sun was unable to warm up the pool. However, it fulfilled it’s purpose more than having a cup of coffee in the morning! :)
