Cozy warm and rustic vibes, the staff were kind and service was all around good and efficient.

AMAZING water pressure in the shower :'D I haven't had such an amazing shower in a loooong time. 

Yummy food (even if options are limited).

I would definitely come back.

Cozy and Accesible

The owner hit my car in the parking lot and didn't want to be held responsible, he looks like a decent person but he's just a bully who doesn't want to admit his guilt. Holding cameras makes himself innocent. At the time, he said he was the owner and there would be no problem, he was only going to pay for the hit. Now he talked to the garage mechanic where he took me to say that such a hit was impossible and not to pay. - The restaurant is a disgusting disgust: terrible menu, tortillas chafas, cracker that God knows what will happen, cheese for the hamburger looked like a rush. - The family of the two didn't respect the Spaniards: a couple of kids almost beat my son in the jacuzzi, they were throwing refreshing bottles of water, which they did not pay for. - When the main room of the jacuzzi was filled with water, the cabins were filled with the water. - When the main room of the jacuzzi was raining. - When the cabins started, the main room of the jacuzzies were raining.

It's terrifying.

I went to Atlixco for a family wedding.  About 85% of the hotel was occupied by the wedding party.  Let me just make a list of the positive aspects first:

1.  Nice garden/grounds.
2. Good, fairly priced buffet breakfast.
3. Room attendants were diligent and unfailingly polite.

Now for the negative:

1.  Uncomfortable, old mattresses.
2.  Dark, crowded restrooms.
3.  No mosquito protection for the windows, so, even though the room was boiling hot, I couldn't open a window because I'd be attacked by the huge mosquito population around.
4.  Found 4 spiders (3 of them rather large) in my room.
5.  Service at restaurant/bar was excruciatingly slow.
6.  Paid $120 US per night for a single room with the quality of a roadside motel.
7.  Terrible wifi.

Will not be back.

Old, overpriced and uncomfortable

It's a place that actually looks very nice, however, I'd like to share my experience with you so that you can please avoid wasting your money.The reception staff were pessimistic, except for Ezequiel, who had a fairly regular service.However, for a closed bathroom, we went to claim the reception and we met an employee who far from solving it, devoted himself to writing his report and term incarandonos to delay the coups when we complained because he didn't want to give his number to ask about it.

Poor experience, not bad investing their money.

The pool is small for the size of the hotel and closes at 6 p.m. even in high season, which is a waste of time because at 6 there is still light and heat and they open at 8:30 a.m., the water in the hot tub is very dirty, besides there is no control as they have a schedule to use the hot tub for single adults from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., however, at 8 p.m. we left there was a child inside and not all the water expellers are served so there is not much water pressure, the rooms are fine but if those points need to be improved.

Regular Location

The photos don't match what the hotel really is. The pool is a bathtub and not big enough for every room there is. There is no privacy, the rooms have nothing extraordinary but the outstanding is the service and kindness, we have never been treated like this. You have to ask everything at the reception, no attention, no smiles. And cherry on the cake, the cost, you are charged at the entrance when you arrive, you can't see the hotel obviously, and if you don't pay for the delivery you won't be let go.

The worst place!

No information given about the amenities offered when checking in. The place is overpriced for what’s offered. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. It’s probably better to sleep on the floor. The heater that is offered in the room is a joke. If you are planning on staying I would not recommend it.

No worth the price

The room that touched us is pretty good, yet it communicates from the ceiling to another room so you feel like you are in the same room. If you hear everything. The service is very good as well as breakfast.

A pleasant stay.

Very nice with impeccable care from the staff, we don't get cold but it's all set so that if it's a cold night and you don't suffer, every room has its heater so the water goes hot in less than a minute, very picturesque and pleasant, if you're going to disconnect, ask for the rooms away from the restaurant, if you listen to everything, I don't mind but if it was to rest if it was a detail to discuss.

Super my expectations.

We stayed in a bungalow, the upper part of the house is terrifying, at night it's bright, it's been a long time and you can hear the noise of the cabin with the wind and it's practically impossible to sleep. The water from the sink does not get very hot. And our bungalow had a sort of rest area with two camasters selling a lot of sand... nothing more. Zero pleasant or aesthetic. The internet never came to the cabin... Fortunately we went for a night. If you want to go to some kind of event and van de paso it's a good place, although at a high price.
