The staff couldn't of been more helpful or friendly. Excellent service.
What was bad
When we arrived after booking with Zen we found the hotel was booked out.
The friend helpful staff were able to find a room for us just around the corner.
If not for them we would of been stuck. Why did your system allow us to book when it was booked out?
