We tried to find a room at a few places and ended up here after one too many flights of stairs all over town. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful, but the room wasn't the best. The walls looked dirty, it smelt a smoky property and there was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. The cover wasn't warm enough so the owner kindly gave us extra covers. Customer service was good, but I think the room itself wasn't worth the money. Pillows also were maybe foam(?) and not very comfortable for me. 

Disappointing

everything in the room is dirty (wall,bed,bedroom,washroom etc)so please guys,find another place to stay but not here,believe me or you gonna regret it,also Rm 150 is not worth at all,our last minute trip turned into worst trip ever in my life because of this hotel
