33 reviewsI really like this hotel. The staff are just fantastic. From the moment I booked with Brighton, he was on the case sorting everything we needed, when we needed it. We were there for more than two weeks working in Mzuzu, so it was really important that we had a base that could feel like a home from home, and the Grand Palace was that for us. I was in room 404 which was fantastic, it really was. It’s a big square room with a lot of space, a balcony and an incredibly comfortable, large bed. And the quality of the bed linen and towels is excellent. The bathroom could do with a bit of attention, but that’s all. We ate in the hotel on many occasions. There is a range of local options and some Indian, Chinese and European dishes for when you’re bored of the nsima. But back to the professionalism and kindness of the staff – they really make the Grand Palace into a special place. Thank you everyone. We will return!
