Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property cannot issue invoices and cannot charge company cards. Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required. Please note that late check-in between 21:00 and 24:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 10. Check-in after 24:00 is not possible.
