Perfect location, amazing Staff, comfortable rooms. Highly recommend for solo travellers / couples and families. Owner and Staff were very helpful with tips on my travel. I am very grateful for all as if we would not meet my experience in Laos wouldnt be so amazing. Their knowledge on the area is priceless as you can not find this information on internet and in the guides. Booked it only because of the reviews. First of all has no aircon only a fan it was super hot in the room. The bed and pillows were the worst in full SEA we had. Check in was weird in the middle of family dinner and you have to walk through the family rooms to get to your room. The room is tiny and dirty. And the worst it was so loud. We woke up every Morning at 4:50am to someone chopping wood. Which is ridiculous.  Dogs were barking all night. I had the worst night sleep on my full holiday.  Gave washing to clean returned minus two trousers. So I had to find them myself. Overall very disappointed and would not stay here again. Worst hotel so far on our 3 weeks trip.

Very loud and smelly

Was not what was expected at all, is a house with an extra room with no aircon, ppl don’t speak English and can’t communicate with you, they see you walk in and don’t care keel launching around. And is not near anything.

My first time to visit Luang Prabang, I really enjoyed while staying at this place. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and also provided me the good recommendations where I should visit or to eat in Luang Prabang. Morever, while stayed here, I felt as if I were at my home.

Great location nearby Night Market

Though the place is cozy and comfortable, I couldnt help but pointing the bad service by the hotel staff. The wifi was not working for the first day and I had to complain them and constantly remind them to fix it. the guest house has good potential to be a good budget place, if the staff improve their attitude and become more customer friendly.

Mixed experience, though good for the price

I like the ambience of the guesthouse; it's very cosy and  the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good; it's near to a few cafes and the night market.

Nice guesthouse that's near the city centre

Issues mentioned in other reviews were there but it didn't bother me much. Once you get used to the staff going on about their usual family business, then it is totally fine.It's better than other options in town. Good location. Convenient yet it's not on the lane with several guesthouses.

Nice guesthouse ,peaceful,local but clean and safe

The lunch was delicious and the location overlooks two waterfalls! Try the black chicken... it was great, with a lemongrass flavor that I loved! They have beer Lao dark, another plus in my book. We went swimming afterwards, and they gave us a tour of the guest rooms... I would love to stay!

I only ate lunch here, but I wanted to stay forever!

This guesthouse is a good budget accomodation and bears everything you need. All rooms offer shared bathrooms with max 2 other rooms so it is ok. The bathrooms are not cleaned every day but ok. The location is excellent and quite. Unfortunately, the staff did not really care about us and there are days when you do not even see one of them. The rooms are cosy so for the price it is totally acceptable!
