From the moment we arrived at the Spice Hotel on Monday 27th December we were looked after royally! All of the excellent staff couldn't have helped us more. The reception team ensured our rooms were near each other. In particular Ayhan Kökçu the Food & Beverage Manager was so welcoming, reserving a table in the grand lobby bar every evening for 6 of us, reserving tables in the amazing A la carte Zethyin Italian and Wasabi Chinese restaurants too. Often he left us platters of exquisite fruit, canapés and instructed his staff to attend to us. He made us feel like VIPs and it made our Christmas/ New year break so memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Very aware that we were the only guests from England in a Russian/German hotel he ensured we sat together for the excellent NYE extravaganza. Wow what a night belly dancing, Jazz up singers, disco, delicious banquet, in beautiful festive settings, firepits, balcony disco, even the night before there was cocktails, lobby disco, indoor fire display, feathered dancers. Ayhan you are the best! The whole 7 days was outstanding, the biggest pool I've ever seen, immaculate rooms 2229, 2231, 2234 and a fabulous spa. The only thing that could be improved are the house wine & cocktails which tasted like vinegar and watery and it was tricky as a lot of staff don't speak English. But this is a minor thing overall as we found other drinks. Entertainment was available every night. Even over Christmas there was plenty to keep us occupied. Within walking distance of Belek too. This hotel must be even more stunning during Summer season. We will come again for sure ! Thankyou thankyou Thankyou.
