Great place to stay for going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea. The room was comfortable and plenty of space and pillows. A safe and refrigerator is provided in the room. Right across the street from the monorail station to take you to the Disney parks. They even have a shuttle every 10 minutes or so to/from the monorail station. The back side of Fantasy Springs is right across the street from the hotel. Unfortunately, there is no entrance available there. Rooms with a park view can watch fireworks. Several restaraunts to choose from and also a Club Lounge, which is open 24/7. Club Lounge access is free if staying in a Club Room. The hotel has a guest laundry, which is 400 yen or 500 to have soap automatically provided. Transportation to/from airports was quite easy. A great surprise for me was that near the laundry facilities, there was a real 737 airplane simulator, which you could purchase a 30- or a 70-minute session. You are able to purchase Disney tickets next to the front desk. There is an ATM near the lobby which gave a much better exchange rate than a currency exchange. If not staying in a Disney hotel, this would be the hotel I recommend.
