Right close to the train station,  the hotel is close to the busy malls and transportation. Quite large and spacious rooms. The aisles and rooms look dated and need a bit of upkeep. Reception was professional and courteous. If you arrive by car, even reaching the entrance will be a challenge with all tour buses halting around the area. Hotel offers parking for small cars. Parking lots nearby are EXPENSIVE. Breakfast at the hotel was decent.

Great location. Dated and needs a refresh.

Hotel is about 5 to 10 min walk from the Nagoya station. We've reached earlier to leave our luggages at the hotel and when we were back to the hotel at night, the luggages were already sent to our room and the same happened when I switched room the next day, which is really great service. Room is compact but manageable if you do not have a lot of big luggages.

Great services and location

The location was great because it was near the JR Stations and Meitetsu Bus Terminal but the room was dirty. They do not vacuum the floors and dust was accumulated. The comfort room smells and the aircon is centralized so we cannot control the temperature inside the room. Thankfully we just stayed there for 2 days. If you plan to stay for longer days I would not recommend this hotel because of the discomfort. They also do not have bottled water for guests, you need to buy your own water. The shampoo, conditioner and bath soap have different labels so you need to figure it out yourself.

Good Location but Dirty Rooms and Lack Amenities

This is an adequate hotel that is close to the station and provides a breakfast. The rooms are small, but typical for a Japanese Hotel. The rooms were clean, but the decor was somewhat drab. They provide a set Japanese breakfast of mackerel, rice, miso soup, tea and pickles that was good, but may not appeal to non-Japanese. I enjoyed my stay there.

An adequate hotel near the JR Nagoya Station

We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the Nagoya Station.  It only took us less than 5 minutes to walk from the Station to the hotel.  The hotel is a bit old.  The room’s small, but this’s Nagoya.  We got a non-smoking room and it was clean.  The hotel price was reasonable and staff were polite and professional.  We recommend this hotel to those who visit Nagoya for the first time, as it is easy to find!

Good Location at a Reasonable Price

Room size is not bad location is close to subway station but only down side is the smell of the rooms , if you don’t like smell of smut don’t stay here even one afternoon with air conditioner full blast and air cleaner smell still strong , but if you can live with it then is fine .

Terrible

A little confusing trying to find the hotel but it is close to the Station. Bed and pillows rock hard. Three sharing / 3 single beds (2 adults and 14 yo) a bit tight and worked only because of carry on luggage - would be impossible with large suitcase/s. Two restaurants (one very noisy pub-style with many smokers, best to avoid) and Japanese restaurant upstairs a much better option. Not connected to the hotel so couldn't charge to room.

Would prefer not to stay here again but would if no other suitable options.

Easy walk to Nagoya Station

Good value at location within walking distance of nagoya station and even closer to the Nagoya bus station/ terminal. About 10- 15min walk from meitetsu train arriving from airport, similar distance to meitetsu bus station where airport bus drops off. Advantage of train is no need to negotiate stairs, for those with elderly or heavy bags. 
Staff friendly and helpful, most of the time there will be one who can speak english. They do allow luggage hold but as their room is small, luggage often ends up netted in lobby area. 
Extra amenities like hair rubber bands, facial cotton and bath sponge available at counter (self service). 
Double beds are bona fide double beds, not the tiny Super singles sometimes found in Japanese double room or semi-double room...

Excellent location and helpful staff 

1. Location: Near the main Nagoya station. Also near lots of eateries and shopping places.

2. Rooms: Like typical Japanese hotel rooms: small. Comfortable and well-appointed with all that is needed. Good wifi.

3. Staff: Courteous and efficient. Communicates sufficiently well in English.
