Any additional people that are not included in the original reservation are not allowed to stay.
Children 0 - 5 years old will be charged JPY 2,200 per child per night when using existing bedding and no meal provided.
Children 6 years and over are considered as adults.
The child fees must be paid directly to the property.
Dinner is served from 06:00 PM to 07:00 PM.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival.
Guests arriving after 06:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Guests must inform the property of each guest’s gender so that proper room amenities can be set up.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 06:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
In case guests would like to cancel breakfast after check-in, there will be no refund provided.
In case guests would like to change the number of persons in booking, kindly make an adjustment on the website prior to arrival.
Please inform the property regarding number of children, age, meal plan, and extra bed requests in the Special Request section upon booking.
Shuttle service is not available at the property.
