What was good

Hotel room clean, breakfast OK, fruit was best but rest was boring. Near buses. Room quiet.

What was bad

Some reception staff very nice and helpful others not. Safe went wrong twice in 4 days, no cup, glasses or tea making items left on one day, phone didn't work. Was promised free drink as room was a double instead of two single beds when we arrive but when we asked for drinks staff at reception looked at us as if we were mad!
