Based on the lovely pictures and reviews on booking, we booked "a bungalow " for our family holiday. Never imagined that the bungalow will be the thight mobile house  (see the construction in white and green). It sleeps 4 but you can barely called a holiday house since has thin mdf walls and is barely space to cook  meal or a proper bathroom to prepare for beach or entertain children indoors. After a day, we had to look for better accommodation and we been charged for a week (1020€), despite spending 2 nights there and beeing told that they could easily find guests for thd bungalow. The cancellation fee is chosen by business owner not booking,  and so I learned never to trust any business without free cancellation. It seems that I cannot write a review on booking.com,  due to my cancellation and I will add a review anywhere I can, to make sure that others don'f get fooled by  this Charlie . 

Misleading

An enchanting place in the countryside from Scarlino, in an excellent location to reach the amenities of the coast and the Maremma region. Beautiful swimming pool, looked after garden and lovely apartments. Safe and fun for children. Charlie and his family made us feel at home at all times. 

Enchanting

Standing in front of the gate you might be doubtful first but as soon as you get in, you feel this will be a great place to stay. After the warm welcome from Daniele, his two horses and cats, we accommodated ourselfs after a long drive. If you are looking for a quiet but also romantic place, you are just right. Privacy is given, the pool is clean and good to exercise or just relax. The furnishing of the apartment is lovely and comfortable but also the garden, flowers and trees complete the whole holiday resort. I have been too many places around the world but this was just great. We will not forget the fireflies in the darkness.The week was just to short and we will definitely come back.

A little paradise on earth

This place is so beautiful and relaxing, me, my husband and 8 month old daughter were lucky enough to have the place virtually to our self and were able to relax in the garden with the cats and horses for company. The owners are great, so helpful and friendly. You definitely need a car as it is a little out the way but still close to a small town and easy to get to others however it is well worth being a little out the way as we got a really taste of Tuscany and hardly saw other tourists. The place is just stunning.
