B with uppercase, because of excellent location - walk to St. Peter's Square takes 4 minutes, to St. Angel Castle 15-20 minutes. There is a lot places to get coffee or eat pizza in this area, there is also bakery, shops and taxi stop. Clean rooms, bathrooms, bedding and towels, really comfortable beds.
Very good thing is that the owner is very helpful, punctual and careful. 
There is also a good price for stay.
b with lowercase, because they serve breakfast on plastic plates, just tea/coffee, jam, croissants, biscuits, juice from cardboard.
We really recommend this place, we matched flight-day to get rooms at Vatican Museum Bed & Breakfast and it was worth. Thank you very much for your big effort.

It was a great stay. Rudi was an excellent host.The place is right across the Vatican Museum, St.Peter's Basilica is just a 5-minute walk and St. Michael's castle a 10-minute walk.

I stayed for 3 days.

Owner helped for me  on check in with a lot of time.
How to go very delicious restaurant ,  how to go ROMA, how to go to the bus stop,which bus I should board,how to go  efficient return to airport・・　a lot .
I can  understand  English a little・・・.(><:) really only a little.
However, It taught me patiently for me.
It was a really nice person.

I tried  two restaurants the owner recommended.

Delicious and reasonable! 

I could do use on the private kitchen. 
It is wide and easy to use.
The bed is big and hardness is just right.
I certainly choose this hotel if I go to Rome once again.

Great service and location to all the sites.

Rudy, the host is most kind and accommodating - make me feel very much at home.  Upon my arrival, he gave me a map and his business card with all the information.  He showed me how to get around - go to the Vatican Museum, which is just across the street, and the St. Peter's Basilica.  And also, recommended restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Close location to the Vatican

This B&B is located across the street from the Vatcan museum and 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square, making it ideal if you want to spend time at the Vatcan. 7 minutes from the Metro in case you want to see Rome.The owner (Rudi) gave us a map and showed us how to get around Rome.It was clean and cute.

Vatican delight

Really well located, in front of Vatican Museum. The owner received me in the front door, explained to me everything, carried the bags, offered me some water/juice/coffee, gave me a map and all the directions I needed. He provided everything for a good breakfast (dognuts, croissants, bread, milk, tea, coffee, yogurt, butter, etc.). It was also possible to buy some stuffs at the supermarket (which is just behind the place) and leave it in the kitchen. There are everything to cook, including some spices. I strongly recommend it!

This B&B was was extremely nice and had a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed or wanted was supplied. But the best part of the whole experience was all the extras Rudi did for us. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of in every way possible. He helped us plan our way around, and made sure we knew where we were going. He advised us on do's and don'ts while in Rome. He made sure that we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. He was absolutely the greatest host. If we ever travel to Rome in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed with Rudi in June 2014 and I will always stay with him and his family whenever I'm in Rome. 

When I stayed with Rudi I was on my own. As a solo single woman, Rudi made me feel very secure and safe. He gave me his personal cell phone number in case I ever needed anything. He told me to think of him as family while I was there. It takes 3 keys to get into your room. Front gate, front door, and room key which added to my feeling safe. 

The room may have been small, but I didn't really care as I wasn't in Rome for the hotel rooms! The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. The bathroom was clean as we're the towels. The only thing I can say about the room is that I would advise you add a few more pillows to the bed. 

The kitchen I shared with a lovely Irish couple, which I found lovely as I had been in Ireland only a week before. The fridge was stocked with water, milk, juice, and yogurt. There were also some store bought pastries available as well. And I wasn't limited to what was there when I arrived. If I drank all the milk, it was replaced. There is a market just a block or so over and I went there to purchase a few items and cooked myself which didn't bother me. 

The price was, in my opinion, low considering the location. The Vatican is literally across the street. I enjoyed getting to know Rudi and staying in his home and if I'm ever again in Rome, it's Rudi I'll be staying with.
