It happened by chance... and I assure you I would not hesitate to come back. Unique environment immersed in a fantastic atmosphere. Very green all around and it is located close to the main arteries, yet it turns out to be very quiet thanks to the location surrounded by a wall that protects the villa.

Unique atmosphere

I stayed in this splendid seventeenth-century villa immersed in a park with ancient trees and pond (photo) on the night of 23/05. Owner for generations the Count Benvenuti, who turned the western wing into a charming bed and breakfast (photo) really comfortable for those like the undersigned who works in Crete 2-3 times a month.

I have been at this facility three times in three weeks. The first time I was there I found a considerable difficulty in finding the entrance as it was dark and the structure was neither signposted nor illuminated. Once I arrived I complained pointing out that at least a light could be left on since, even the passersby and locals had been able to give me directions. Another negative aspect is that breakfast is served from 8.30... otherwise the kitchen is available so everyone organizes and manages as possible. Well, let's say the kitchen is not the maximum: the structure is partly rusty, brunched with barbecue, there was no milk.... so the moment I opened the breakfast after the breakfast and the fridge was done during the rest of the week in the same place in the same place in the same place in the next week... but I have not yet paid attention to the structure.

There is a lot of room for improvement.

When they arrive, they will be greeted warmly by the owner of the villa.The room was huge, furnished with really old furniture, unfortunately somewhat dark because there was no sunlight.The breakfast was a little poor the first days,the Croissants were as old as the villa. After we got ham and bread ourselves on the second day, we were told that we would have a better breakfast the following days.

Found at the last moment for a sudden decision to work, this B&B has become known as a pleasant discovery with its atmosphere and its history. Close to the state, but haunted by the presence of the large private park, with beautiful rooms and spacious bathrooms and equipped with everything else: my room also had an anti-camera with sofa and tv... kitchen available for breakfast, (autonomous if before eight) with orange available for squeezing, coffee, milk, the and tisane, cookies, cornetti, marmalade, toastpan, spruits, marmalade, honey.

Stay with atmosphere.

I entered in an enormous  park but it was the garden of the. B&B. A real gentleman welcomed me and showed me a kind of 16th Century palace. It belonged since 1600 to the family of this honourable man. He showed my a very comfortable . bedroom  and a exquisite  barthroom, all decorated in a balanced museum style. 

But there was a nice surprice . i had also the disposal of an antichambre where I could watch TV and read a book all for me alone., sitting or more laying on a chaise longue sofa, what a luxery

Take care : there are only two rooms, so You have to hurry

I happened to be in this B&B in the province of Cremona. It is an old villa, perfectly kept and furnished, surrounded by a wonderful park. I found a particularly quiet and serene environment. The owner, Ferrante Benvenuti, is a person with whom it is a real pleasure to have a conversation. Congratulations on the excellent hospitality.

Nice location in Crema

This 17th century country villa has maintained its full charme and is set in a most pleasant large park.  The rooms are full of charme of days gone by, though the beds coukld be a little wider.
The host is a very pleasant gentleman complementing perfectly the house's character. The breakfast selsction is a little spartan, however, fully in keeping with the typical Italian breakfast style.
I recommend warmly this B&B for anyone looking for a quiet place to rest and relax.
