Spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed and lovely curtains. Everything was clean and well maintained. Good soundproofing and a large balcony with table and chairs. Friendly, attentive staff who spoke German, Italian and English. They went out of their way to take an interest in guests and I felt really well looked after. Breakfast was great with plenty of sweet or savoury options, including freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. Dinner was fantastic and they were quick to find alternative dishes if requested. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The folder with hotel/local info was useful, as well as weather forecast/daily suggestions on the table at breakfast. Great location with the cable car just a few minutes away. A short drive or bus ride and you're in Bressanone.
