472 reviewsThis was our first winter abroad holiday as a family. Resort is well situated in stunning scenery, views from restaurant and pool/spa were idilic. Staff were so friendly and really felt like a small, personal team. In particular special mention to Renato who looked after us every evening in the restaurant with fantastic attention to detail. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job as hotel and rooms spotless. The hotel is family centred, was so much to keep us all entertained. We loved the ninja warrior course and action room. The food options were great for little and big palates. We were able to borrow all the baby things we needed from the hotel. Pool and spa were great and a nice balance between child focused and luxury relaxation. Our son went on the bus everyday to ski school and the pick up and drop off service to the slopes was fantastic and he was well looked after. Fantastic outdoor play facilities and we all loved the sledging!! Thank you for a special trip!!!
