Hotel Bolognese

You could only describe this hotel as an experience in your life you would never want to miss. This hotel is a couple of streets back from the beach in Igea Marina, Rimini. You get a train from Rimini Station to Igea Marina or a No. 4 bus (the bus is cheaper)….or a taxi You have an option of having all meals included and I suggest you do this. The food is just awesome and so much of it. The hotel is run by Georgio and his son Christian, who are both wonderful and see to your every need. They are always around with happy smiling faces and although their English is a little hard to understand there was not a problem. They both speak German and French as well as Italian. Young children are well catered for with children's entertainers coming to the hotel, music, fairy floss, clowns and a magician. The rooms are lovely and very clean and the bathrooms are really good. We had a room with a spa bath and a king size bed. Also if you have your own computer, there is wireless internet. Meal times are an occasion and this is a real Italian family hotel, with a lovely atmosphere and children eating with their parents. It is noisy and happy and the kitchen staff are fantastic coping with the hustle and bustle of bringing out lovely meals for everyone. They also have a salad buffet at every meal as well as hot foods and desserts. This hotel is a bargain and Igea Marina is a pleasure to walk around at night, with lovely shops to see and happy people. The Bolognse Hotel also have a bar on the beach away from the hotel called the Giaguarosauro Bar, done out in a tiger theme and suitable for young adults. It is open till 3am and really rocks if you are looking for disco music and great drinks served by gorgeous happy girls. If you have young children, his hotel is a must when you visit Italy.
