We had a short stay of 3 nights, not knowing the area or the hotel and were very pleased with the hotel. We had half board (or 3/4 if you include the potential afternoon snack) and the food and service were excellent, very good breakfasts with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. Dinner was excellent with again good choice. Room (we had one of the Suites) was clean and good size with good shower and lighting. Spa looked fairly new and it was nice they had jacuzzi outside plus the sensory experience walking through the stream (note clothes seemed optional in the saunas!). Location was very good - there are easier local walks from the hotel very scenic and it's only a 5 minute drive (or bus) up to the cable car for the mountain walks. All the staff were very friendly, obliging and happy. Nice outdoor areas to relax. Parking outside which is probably better than trying to squeeze into the spaces in the underground car park. Can recommend this welcoming and personal hotel in a wonderful location.
