What was good

Great location really central to shops, staff lovely Room very clean, bathroom lovely great shower, Hotel very clean, covid restrictions well done,coffee dock tables could have been a little cleaner, food was lovely

What was bad

Staff at breakfast find it very hard to hand out sugar butter etc, find rooms cold heating system on wall only seems to blow out cold air, and would like delph cups instead of paper ones in room
