Rockville B&B

A lovely well kept room which was a good size with a large shower cubicle. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and provided a lovely breakfast in time for our morning ferry journey. There was some outside space to sit and enjoy some peace or have a chat with other guests. Parking was in the grounds. It was about a 20 min flat walk into the town and about a 15 min drive to Rosslare port.

Our host was very welcoming. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was tasty and filling. All in all we had a great stay. It was easy to walk to the town centre. The house is very quiet and peaceful. We had a great nights sleep.

We had an excellent visit with people who became our friends. Morris and Mary Moore were congenial and most helpful. The room was cheery and breakfast was excellent. If you are in the Wexford, I would recommend a stay at this B and B.

Within walking distance of town and the owners were very helpful with maps and direction, as well as food recommendations. We arrived late, so food choices in town were very limited - be aware that this small town pretty much closes at 7pm.

Good location, friendly hosts

This was our first night in Ireland after arriving at Rosslare late afternoon. We received a very warm welcome from Maurice who was extremely helpful about where to go that evening. The room was fine, though it was all a bit dated and smelt very slightly stale - it could do with freshening up - but it was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent.

B&Bs vary so much and others we experienced throughout our holiday at the same price were generally a bit smarter.
