Oldcourt House Bed and Breakfast

This was the best place we have stayed at on our Irish holiday. 
We initially chose this BnB because of its location to the ferry terminal but we are glad we did. The room was great with a view of the ocean. The full Irish breakfast was scrumptious and Mary was a fantastic host going above and beyond to help us out. 
It is walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants but we chose to walk a little further for a pub meal. 
We would certainly recommend this place to our friends. 


Was our first time using the Rosslare ferryto cross the Irish Sea. We booked the Oldcourt due to its location and reviews. Both did not disappoint. The location is ideal if you are staying the night and have aferry the next day and is literally a 2 min drive from the B and B.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner Mary who took an immediate shine to our son and he likewise to her. Mary's welcome was warm and homely as was our room. The room was a great size for the three of us and had great sized En Suite. It was clean tidy and comfortable. The was also good parking at the B and B which was a big plus.

Another lovely touch which has to me mentioned was that our ferry was the very early crossing and we could not avail of the breakfast. However Mary was up at the crack of dawn and made us packed breakfast bag with fresh fruit, lovely breakfast bars and few treats thrown in for the wee man. It also gave him an opportunity to say goodbye.

All in all I would highly recommend this accommodation. It is clean, tidy and comfortable, ideal location for the Rosslare Ferry, well run by an owner who goes out of their way for guests,  is only a 10 minute walk from nearest beach and most of all is great value for money.

We received a warm welcome on arrival.
Tea and coffee available in the dining room.
The room we stayed in had three beds and ideal for  family with ensuite. TV and WiFi.
Room was very clean and great to break up a long travel back to the U.K.
One of the best B&b I have stayed in and will use it again.
Great spot close to a chip shop and supermarket. 3minutes from the ferry port. I have rated this 5 out of 5 breakfast is filling and well presented and a full Irish is not to be missed.
You won’t be disappointed 
 

Lovely bed and breakfast with wonderful friendly hosts who couldn't do enough for us.  Would highly recommend. Nothing is too much trouble. Easy reach of ferry terminal and lovely breakfast and a great nights sleep

All the complimentary reviews are spot on. So quiet and comfortable, in excellent no through road location. Good breakfast and advice on eating out for our evening meal. Very large parking area which is great.
