Terrible, we had booked to stay 2 weeks at Omink House but ended up only staying for 2 nights. The room is not as it states on the description, the aircon was broken.. which meant we couldn’t sleep because of the heat and would dread going back to the room after a day in the sun. The WiFi was also horrendous, it would cut off every minute. After complaining to the hotel and cancelling our remaining nights in the hotel. They charged us a 50% of the 2 weeks stay on top of the nights we had stayed, for leaving early. After refusing to pay this’s fee they wouldn’t hand back our passport until we did. It was not our fault that the aircon and WiFi didn’t work so we shouldn’t have had to pay this. There is nothing good to say about this hotel apart from it having a spacious room.

Had to leave

We stayed 7 nights and would return. Backstreet accomodation, but handy enough to everything. Large clean room with ensuite, air con and mini fridge. Large bed, but a tad uncomfortable. Felt safe, but door wasn’t overly secure. Only a small metal lockbox for valuables. Guest needs to initiate room service at times, ie toilet paper, but no real issue. No 24hr reception, but someone around will phone them to come.

Perfect budget Room

The room is nice and spacious. Good big bed. No blanket only a sheet. Nice minifridge to store your own drinks and stuff.

Bathroom floor is always wet even when the shower has not been used. Possibly a leak somewhere. Toiletpaper only a little bit provided. Promised toiletries not there (they filled them on the last day)

Good tv channels.

However no staff onsite. We were lucky that the cleaner just finished when we arrived and he could show us our room.

The location is thru narrow and dark streets. If you are a woman (or man) traveling alone and not comfortable in these situations, find yourself another place to stay.
