I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. Altogether the stay in the hotel was nice and the price, after a bit of negotiation, was fair. Some things were very nice but some things also were kind of a setback, that is why altogether it is just average. Renovation of bathrooms and upgrading the aircons would definitely lead to a better judgement.
The location of the hotel is somewhat remote from malls and the center of the town, taking a taxi or a local van is necessary but easy and affordable to do.
The room is huge and nicely decorated with a desk and a modern television. The bed is nice, sheets are clean. The aircon is too small and too old though, to keep the room cool. In my case it had to work day and night and still it was not really cool enough at times when it was hot in the day.
The bathroom is a bit of a disappointment, old and somewhat smelly, without a shower curtain. Provided soaps are nice but toilet, shower and sink are very old. Bathroom definitely needs renovation. 
The breakfast is nice. Served in the nice restaurant with a small buffet with abundant local food, several dishes to choose from as well as bread and marmelade for the "buleh" type of visitors. Maybe something could be done about the coffee though. Just serving coffee powder (no not instant coffee but real coffee powder) to " prepare" a cup of coffee is somewhat too primitive for a hotel that aims to have a certain quality standard. 
Personnel in the reception, cleaning and restaurant I experienced as somewhat slow but certainly serviceable, friendly and polite.
