We had previously stayed at this serviced apartments 2-3 times in the previous years for about 1 week plus. We are returning customers which speaks for itself. Great hospitality and a convenient location. We surely come back next time.

decent service apartments. good service. i had stayed in this place for a week. its more like staying in a house. reasonable value for money. only thing one should be aware of is that one has to depend on home delivery from nearby hotels. try to get food from nearby Nila hotel. there are few other menus in the room .dont buy it from Hotel Al Maray .very bad and arrogant attitude

Me and my wife had a good experience staying at Safeway apartments.We stayed for 2 weeks and with every day grew fonder of our stay.It was really a home away from home.The flat was tidy and clean with good maintenance and cleaning done from time to time.Everything in the flat worked ,AC,Tv,Hot water geyser,stove ,washing machine etc.A small concern was the WIFI.It would be better if the range and strength were upgraded.The boys at the reception were always a step ahead in figuring the guest needs and always ready to help and go the extra mile.The apartment is under video surveillance.The apartment is located a few steps to rickshaw stand,a major bus route,eateries ,pharmacies and a reliance supermarket.A lively spot on the whole.
Recommended strongly for a family as rooms ,kitchen and hall is spacious.
Special mention of Mr Mahesh who was warm,friendly and accommodating during our entire stay.Mr.Abraham too was very supportive of our needs.Will definitely stay again.Good Luck.

Home away from home!!

First let me say that the apartment met our every expectation and then some.  We have a large unit with a balcony overlooking the street, which was of importance to me as I enjoy watching the daily life in our neighborhood.  There is always something interesting going on to keep me fascinated with our locale.  
Mahesh, our landlord, has a staff that is truly wonderful.  They will look after you like family.  Mahesh has also been so very helpful to be sure we had every wish fulfilled.  
The building is clean and very safe with cctv as a precaution.  But there is nothing about which to worry in this neighborhood.
We have a little dosa restaurant we frequent providing a nice neighborhood experience.  There is also a nice little restaurant with more western fare just up the stree called The Hang Out.
Shopping is easy as grocery stores are within easy walking distance.
You will be able to easily access all things in Cochin, but without living in the midst of the tourist areas.  You will have a real Indian daily life experience.
We have been here long enough to feel a part of the neighborhood with people getting to know us and speaking to us on the street or with just a friendly nod or wave.
I love this location, the apartment and especially the staff.
We could not be happier with our stay here.

We were visiting kochi on official work and combined it with pleasure. 
Safeway apartments, located in a residential area, is accessible to most of places in city. Close to all kinds of amenities including taxi/auto services, supermarkets and hotels.

Clean and spacious, it has AC, cooking and washing amenities along with TV and wifii.  We  had a cordial welcome by Manager  Mr Ibrahim and house keep 
Mr Sahil. They were helpful with little things, which made a huge difference to a comfortable stay, in a completely new place.
Landlord, Mr Mahesh was very helpful in guiding us with information in the new city. He helped us book a house boat in Allappey, where my parents went and were very happy about the trip.
Being a last minute booking, we could not get apartment in safeway for last 2 days as it was full. Mr Mahesh took care of the situation and shifted us to his newly built homestay accomodation, surrounded by beautiful garden or rather a small farm. It was a pleasant stay. The cook was excellent.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting kochi
