Geo Holiday Home Fort Kochi

You don't have to be the biggest flashiest hotel to get 5 stars. It's about a combination of thing's and this hotel does a great job of that. The staff of which there is only two are superb. The manager Sujith , always polite, ever helpful, asking after you and giving advice when needed. I had an issue with my room which while he couldn't fix that day, he promptly rectified the next. Good service. The attendant, Joseph is a great man. Always present from early morning till late night. A friendly wave, smile and hello at all times. While not speaking much English still we've still both been able to be able to be understood. In the 8 night's I've spent here he's not produced the same breakfast twice. Most impressed. The hotel itself is good. Room size was fine for me with a good size bathroom. A/c, fan, satellite TV with a full range of channel's, comfortable bed and hot water, which Sujith show me where the switch was, to use as and when I needed it. More good service. Plenty of resturant's nearby to eat at. Location is good. Everything within an easy walk. Or tuk tuks always available. As I said a combination of thing's make 5 stars and this hotel does it. I highly recommend you stay here.
