I wanted to post a detailed review when I was staying there for 3-4 days in May, but didn't have enough time. Then I become lazy and didn't think of writing one. Here is a brief review.
I had to stay in Wayanad unexpectedly for 3-4 days and had no plans how to spend my time. I stayed in this hotel and visited different places in Wayanad every day. Most important factor I liked there is the behaviour of staff. They were helpful in every sense. They always offered suggestions and solutions for every request/problem I faced. One of the friendliest staff I have seen ever. Rooms were clean. Food was good (I tried only complimentary breakfasts).
I also had the chance to understand that the management is kind towards employees (which may not be a factor to consider when someone books a hotel).
In essence, they touched my heart.

The vicinity was clean and was with welcoming atmosphere... Food was tasty and healthy...

This is my second review of the same hotel. Like the previous stay in May 2015, this time also I felt this hotel good and comfortable. My stay this time was with my friends. The cleanliness they maintain is appreciable. We took two rooms. We checked in at around 8 am (the stipulated check in time was 12.00 noon), and no extra amount was charged for that. The front office staff and the restaurant responded well to our needs. 
The restaurant is having a good ambience, with a huge paiting depicting the life and culture of Wayanad, adorning the wall. The food was nice. Though the hotel is having only limited rooms, they maintain a good standard. 

A worthy stay once again

one of the photo appears in your website (dressed animal on a plate of biriyani) may not look appealing especially for vegetarians.  In fact I wanted to visit to your hotel with my family. In case if it's seen they will definitely have a negative thought as we are a vegetarian.

Had a chance to stop for lunch at Hotel Brahmagiri  enroute to Ooty from Kannur International Airport.....and regret having done so... Hotel is well located on the Malabar Hill Highway just on the outskirts of Mananthavadi town ... Ample parking space ....... Fairly big property......but requiring urgent maintenance..... Food was just average and the service was pathetic... Waiter forgot to serve the meal after laying the table and we had to remind him....... It can be an option only if no other choices available.

Good property... Poor management

Hotel Brahmagiri,Manathavady the price wise is a budget one.Its good for solo person,families,friends.Here including conference hall also.
The service and resturnat food is good.The price wise is cheap,the facilities wise its very good.I will be rated 3.5 out of 5.

Budget Hotel

the room is good, but not up to my expectation, the food service was horrible, the food was not neat. the staff behavior was horrible. they have sufficient  parking space. the cost of the food is too high compared to there quality

Regret booking this Hotel. You waste your money here. Very poor service ambience nd the food is also crap. Better not choose it. Was in Mananthavady for a official purpose so had to find a hotel which was not so far. So booked it. 

Pathetic Hotel

Exactly it is not wat i expected it to be ... we were told as its a 3 star catagory hotel ... just the building look alike was ... in the name of service they were short of staff ... food was ok... breakfast was not upto the hotel we stated for a night over there ... food roomservice was also extra chargable .... half of the food menu was not available .... only the night reception guy was good at behaviour and co operation ... rest i personally did not fing the hotel to stay again .. it need hude renowation .. bathroom drains were blocked ... everything was dirty ... house keeping staff were chilling and relaxing in the adjacent room next morning ... room were dirty
