This property received money in advance and didnt refund amount even after informing prior of non arrival. This property manager Godwin writes fake review in other booking sites and both day and night manager are jointly taking advance amounts

Cheating Manager & staffs

The hotel is located just near Charring Cross on commercial road of Ooty.It is a OYO hotel and there are just two floors (connected by stairs).  

-The rooms are very neat and clean with all amenities that one may need for a travel with family. They have a small geyser that in attached Bath that provides hot water in 10-15 mins which is a plus considering the weather of Ooty (even in March end, the weather would get cold in mornings and evenings and a jacket would be needed )

- there is a restuarant that serves veg, non-veg and has bar also
- they provide drinking water in jug in every room. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and sufficient lighting, cupboards and power points. In short, all necessary amenities are provided at no fuss.

- apart from hotel amenities, another good part was the excellent hotel location. It is in middle of market but just a few steps inside so that you have access to all shops nearby but still can stay away from noise. 
-Many popular eateries and utility stores are nearby. Domino's is next door, A2B restaurant is barely few steps away. Then Pankaj bhojanalaya. Plus many bakeries providing chocolates, cookies and tea/coffee/milk are adjacent. Auto stand is just opposite A2B, taxi stand is below Pankaj Bhojanalaya. 
- there are couple of multi purpose stores around and shopping sites also. Apart from eateries, most shops open at 10 am and close down at 8 pm.

- there is a bit of a parking problem as the commercial road in front of hotel is busy. But since this hotel is couple of steps inside from the main road, there exists a small stretch of road in front as well as back side of hotel, hence taxis/autos can come inside easily.

- To summarize, a hotel with Great and convenient location and tidy nice rooms at decent prices.

Nice clean hotel at a convenient location and reasonable prices

Stay away from this hotel, if you are getting there at weekends with your own vehicle. They offers free parking, but the road in front of the hotel( commercial street) will be closed for vehicles in every Saturday. There is a pay park in front of the hotel in onether road. But one can't usually get a space here. The hotel do nothing about the parking. They can easily reserve some slots for their customers on Saturdays. I walked with my heavy strolly bag, with my family including kids to enter the hotel. More over we waited up to 9.30 pm on the road in the extreme climate to get my car into the hotel.

I have stayed this hotel before it taken over by OYO. The change is the price hike, for Oyo's commission.
for the offered "free parking" , I have spent more than Rs.200/- (in the nearby pay park)
The remote control of TV was not working, the channels are allowed to me only after 9.30 pm. The health faucet in rest room was leaking. When I complained about the parking issue they said to complain at OYO. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND OYO....

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

We booked this hotel online and it was a good deal. We were 4 persons and hence booked 2 super delux rooms. Rooms were ready when we reached. These rooms are available in new building called Annex. Most important is, this hotel is close to charring cross and some very good restaurants are available nearby, like Adyar Anand Bhuvan, Domino's and Pankaj Bojanalay. You don't need to spend on Auto to reach charring cross for having lunch or dinner. This hotel is also having own restaurant. Since there is no disturbance at night we can have peaceful sleep. Bathrooms are big, neat and clean. Hot water is available 24 hours which is important in cold climate. Only thing is cleaning part needs some improvement. For drinking water we need to remind them then only they will replace old water jugs. Overall it was very pleasant experience and will surely visit again.

Nice hotel with reasonable tariff

New building for super delux & delux rooms and very cheap rate compare to other hotels. Walkable distance to botanical garden and rose garden. Have Good restaurant inside the hotel . I prefer online booking.

I had been to Ooty for work and I wanted a budget friendly place so this place seemed good nice rooms cozy lights in room food service food was also very average but tasty   Proper facilities and good staff
