i booked a room at this hotel for an urgent work that required me to be in Trichy for just one day,Nice hotel near kaveri river in trichy and also its near to srirangam...Good staff and rooms are neat. Decent breakfast options

Decent hotel with breakfast options. Located at one of the main place in trichy. Near to Srirangam. Rooms are neat and service is good. If there is any cleaning issue or any other queries they are attending it immediately. Good AC as far as we have seen. I am personally staying in this hotel for second time. Highly recommended one for family stay.

A very good hotel to stay near important locations

Hotel Sathyam is located near chaththiram bus stand. U can see river cauvery flowing, from the hotel. It seems like a old hotel but maintained well. It has old shutter doors for the lift. The water flow in the bathroom was low during anytime of the day. We 4 members stayed in a room. Due to low water flow, it took more time for us to got ready.

A day In Trichy

I booked a room at this hotel for an urgent work that required me to be in Trichy for just one day, from early morning till evening.. so the 24-hour checkout system was useful as I was charged for only one day. And the pricing was very attractive at Rs. 1300 for the day. But I was disappointed with the fact that the amenities that were present in the room were not in working condition. The telephone was there, but it was dead because the cord connecting it to the wall socket was missing!! It could not be found even after I pointed this out. So I had to gone down two floors to the reception for any requests. The TV was there, but again not in working condition!! A request for tea had to be made four times before it was served. So, in short, the basic facilities such as phone and TV were not in order, and the service was very poor. I would book this place only in an emergency if no other hotel was available.

Inexpensive, but service could be much better

Room are very bad. Bad services.if we ask for anything it will get 2marrow. A/c are in bad condition. No cleaning. General manager of this hotel is very irresponsible  person. He don't know how to behave with the guest. That's why the services are like this. Am also stayed in your Chennai property also.  Comparing of that it is very very very bad.  If we ask for glass for drinking alcohol they will get steel Glass. Very very very bad service. I will not refer to any one to stay over
